Andrew Bloom

Andrew Bloom is the founder and CEO of the BVO Luxury Group. Andrew’s vast network in the community has positioned him to lead the teams growth in corporate relocation and international referral exchanges. Andrew’s extensive ties to wealth managers has solidified BVO as the go to real estate team for busy CEO’s, Physicians, and Professional Athletes. The team represents the finest homes in the finest communities throughout The Valley with a focus on selling luxury homes. Andrew has earned the “Circle of Legends” award, an accomplishment achieved by less than 1% of REALTORS® worldwide. Becoming one of the top agents in the world was never the original plan. Andrew had the most humble beginnings in Los Angeles where at the age of 11 he was removed from his home by California Social Services when his parents could no longer legally care for him. His mother suffered from depression and his father spent time in and out of mental hospitals with multiple diagnoses.This early intervention inspired him to earn his bachelor’s in Social Work at ASU and work in low income housing projects as a client advocate. He learned the importance of protecting his clients as he advocated for better housing conditions. Andrew and his wife Babs have been married for more than 25 years and have raised their 4 children in their family home, which is host to numerous charitable events annually and affectionately known as “Casa de Bloom”. The main event is the annual Super Bowl Party benefiting Phoenix Children's Hospital.
In 2014, on his 20th anniversary in real estate, Andrew earned international fame among global real estate leaders when he became the 312th agent inducted into the esteemed Circle of Legends. Andrew has personally sold over $1.5 billion in residential resale real estate and runs the top real estate team in Arizona.

David Van Omen

David has resided in AZ since 1975 where he attended Saguaro High School in Scottsdale and then went on to UofA. Upon graduating with a Finance and Real Estate degree, he began his real estate career with his Father, and mentor in the business, and quickly and consistently has remained a top producer now for over 35 years! His vast area and market knowledge, skilled negotiating style with a determined but easy-going attitude are some of the reasons why he’s consistently referred by clients and colleagues alike. David believes in serving his community. He has been a board member for Grayhawk in North Scottsdale for over 14 yrs and serves as the chair of the Development committee. Austin Bloom started his real estate career as a child stuffing flyers for his father and pasting labels on postcards to earn extra money. He attended Cheyenne Traditional School K-8 where his first Kindergarten Olympics was sponsored by his Father's real estate company. He knew at a young age that the family business was about community involvement. Austin attended Chaparral High School where he was honored as one of the speakers at his graduation. As an Arizona State PIKE, Austin launched an accredited internship program in the summer of 2016 with his Father's real estate company. Who is your typical client? "I work with a lot of sellers since I have a reputation for doing what it takes to ensure my clients receive the best possible price. I also work with investors, clients who are upsizing or downsizing, first-time home buyers, people relocating and distressed sellers. I specialize in helping buyers purchase bank-owned or short sale properties."

Her real estate career began in 1998, (although she jokes that it started at the age of 13 when her mother became an agent), where she gained many insightful experiences from her college internship, exclusive builder representations, becoming a broker and owning her own company.

Originally born in New York, Dina Stevens relocated to Arizona as a child and has called Paradise Valley home from the time that Tatum and Shea was only a desert lot. Dina has always had an eye for beautiful design and a passion for people, making real estate an easy fit for her. When she isn’t assisting Andrew Bloom and the rest of the team at The BVO Group, Dina stays true to her adventurous family-focused roots by staying busy hiking, exploring AZ and raising her children just down the street from where she grew up.

Carrie was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and fortunate to live in multiple states growing up. From Dallas, Austin, and Phoenix then on to Miami and Los Angeles to begin an exciting and rewarding modeling career.
Carrie has learned to adapt, making new friends and contacts all across the globe. After obtaining a degree in Health Science, earning a Personal Training Certification and furthering her education at ASU in Healthy Life Coaching, Carrie’s recent years have involved extensive international travel and now she’s bringing her experiences together to offer the highest level of service to her real estate customers in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Joining the BVO Luxury Group pairs Carrie with years of local knowledge and expertise, from Scottsdale condos for investment or lock and leave convenience to the high end luxury estates.

Originally born in Burlington, Vermont, Colby McMahon relocated to Queen Creek, Arizona in 2010. Colby, with his charismatic smile and enthusiasm, has a passion for helping others to succeed, as well as gaining knowledge and experience in all aspects of life. In his spare time, Colby enjoys exercising, spending time outside, and working on developing himself spiritually, mentally, academically and physically.

Dan Irwin



Dan Irwin was born and lived the first 15 years of his life in Scottsdale, Arizona. After a family move to Nebraska, Dan graduated from Bellevue West High School in Bellevue, Nebraska, just outside of Omaha. Dan’s background encompasses sports, music and traveling. Football and basketball were dominating influences throughout high school and college. As a scholarship football student athlete at Dana College in Blair, Nebraska, Dan lettered four years in football and one year in basketball. Soon after leaving Dana College, Dan and a group of athletes formed a rock band gaining national exposure while touring throughout the United States.
Business marketing and promotional skills are contributing assets in his ability to negotiate, sell, and find the best opportunities for his clients. His competitive spirit is a driving force in his desire to provide the best service for all those individuals he represents. Donna Horn



Traveling around the world is Donna’s favorite thing to do when she can find the time. She has followed her husband on his business trips to China, Europe, the United Kingdom, South America, the Caribbean islands, Australia, South Africa, and the Middle East. Donna’s favorite place to visit is Venice, Italy. She loves the shopping, twists and turns of the sidewalks that carry her to new glass shops, and the canals. No wonder Donna is always on the lookout for the best Italian food in Scottsdale. One of her favorites is La Torretta Ristorante on the corner of Scottsdale Road and FLW. Donna is also interested in architectural design and real estate. She has worked in these fields for several years at Hart Howerton, and Prudential Utah Real Estate in Park City, Utah. When she isn’t traveling, Donna can be found at the EuroRhythm Dance Studio practicing her dance moves. She focuses on Cha-cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, and Mambo. She can also do a mean country 2-step. Donna and her husband John have a blended family with 8 children all together. The highlight of her life though, is her grandchildren….all ten of them.

Jason Hamann



Jason Hamann is a friendly, results-driven Scottsdale-local with nearly two decades serving the luxury market. After studying business at Colorado State University, Jason made his way to Arizona, where he began his career as a Realtor 17 years ago. With a passion for serving clients, and driving results, Jason also expanded his focus over the years. Working in the Mortgage industry, Jason gained deep experience in real estate finance. Jeanne Johnson



Jeanne has held her Arizona real estate license for over twenty years; and in conjunction with Andrew Bloom as the senior partner at the BVO Luxury Group has closed more than 1,000 transactions over the last six years.
Jeanne also has had a strong history of negotiating short sales in the past and is familiar with working with all the major banks to obtain successful short sale approvals for her clients.
In the past Jeanne has done extensive high end interior design work, and has also received a staging certificate. This enables her to assist her real estate clients in individualizing appropriate properties for purchases or preparing homes for sale.
Jeanne and her husband live in the Rio Verde Foothills with their five horses. Two are retired Thoroughbred race horses. Several have been rescued so they are happy to provide a forever safe home for their entire herd.
In addition to finding buyers new appropriate properties Jeanne is also passionate about finding great new homes for her buyers’ equine family members.

Jeffrey Serpa



Ohio native, I moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in business. Upon graduating, I entered the "real world" and jumpstarted my career journey in sales. I started at La-Z-Boy, qualified for the Presidents Club, and still hold the record for most "arc handles" sold in a single month! From there, I pursued a unique opportunity onboard Norwegian Cruiselines where I was responsible for managing professional partnerships at various ports of call. After discovering every pirate hideout in the Caribbean, I hung my life vest and transitioned into direct sales. My position selling and managing teams in home security and residential solar industries taught me the psychology of selling and other life lessons that I still practice every day. From there, I started with Grand Canyon University as an enrollment counselor before being promoted to Manager at the College of Education and completing my MBA.
Still not completely satisfied, I met Andrew Bloom and made a decision to build a lifelong career in real estate! I am looking forward to a bright future with my dream team at BVO Luxury Group!

Karin Larson



Karin has always had a passion for real estate. She was born and raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota and after high school moved southwest to attend Arizona State. After graduating with a BS in Justice Studies from ASU, she started her business career as an academic and financial advisor at Grand Canyon University. She continued her education and as she completed her Master's degree in Leadership, developed the independent and entrepreneurial mindset which has led her into the real estate profession.
For the past 14 years, Karin has lived in the Scottsdale area and has vast knowledge of the valley. In her free time she loves to travel which includes an annual trips to Europe with her family. She also enjoys visiting Minnesota in the summer to enjoy her family's lake house on Crosslake. She is a huge Vikings fan and can often be seen in purple on Sundays!

Throughout the course of this internship, Michael learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry as he was mentored by the great, Andrew Bloom.
Michael has spent countless hours prospecting for the company throughout his Junior and Senior years of College, working as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). With only 2 years of experience under his belt, Michael was able to generate various listings for the company due to his persistent, assertive style of work which ultimately created much success and opportunity for the team.
Upon his Graduation in May of 2018, Michael had already become a licensed real estate agent with his first listing in a marvelous neighborhood in Fountain Hills. Mikisha is an Arizona native and has lived in the Phoenix metro area for 25 years. She received her undergraduate and MBA from the University of Phoenix. Patricia Whorton is original from Detroit, MI and relocated to the “Valley of the Sun” in 2000. Patricia earned an MBA from Western University and became a Continual Improvement Social Responsibility (CISR) Practitioner in 2017. She is known as the “Fixer” because of her smooth skills in handling and completing challenging projects.
As a realtor her ultimate goal is to service her clients to ensure they wake up each morning with the same excitement they felt the first day they found their dream home. Raised in Sarasota, Florida. Pierrè relocated to Arizona in 2018 from Las Vegas, NV where he spent just under five years working for world class hospitality company, Hakkasan Group. In the role of a VIP Marketing Host, Pierrè was the initial point of contact for existing and potential clients assisting them in luxury nightlife and unique dining experiences at 4 Diamond hotel and casino, the Bellagio. When he isn’t assisting clients with BVO, Pierrè is supporting the Florida State University football team and the Seattle Mariners.

Rachelle Tomlinson



Rachelle has been in the real estate industry for 14 years and licensed for 12 years. She has first- hand experience in several aspects of real estate including new builds, REO/foreclosures, international corporate relocations, multi-family investments, off-market/wholesale properties and traditional residential real estate.
She started her career in real estate in a supporting role with a new- build luxury high rise in Scottsdale. She quickly saw how exciting and rewarding real estate could be and was licensed right before the market crash and had to navigate her way as a new Realtor in those tough times. She worked in REOs for nearly 4 years, during the economic downturn. She co-managed a team, worked closely with bank asset managers, listed and co-listed several properties & provided transaction management. The REO team typically held anywhere from 80-100 listings at a time and closed 30+ transactions a month. She is experienced in communicating with corporations , investors and individual Buyers & Sellers.
Rachelle then joined a real estate investment firm and gained knowledge of buying & selling apartment buildings, hotels and the workings of diversified investment funds for accredited investors. Around that same time she was also offered the opportunity to be a consultant for corporate relocation transferees, and has continued to do that since 2014. She’s also been working with investors & home Buyers for last few years, focused in multi-family and traditional home sales.
She loves connecting with people on a very human level and helping others to achieve their goals. Her sales approach is one of relationship building, listening, educating and consulting. Her goal is always to be considered a trusted & ethical advisor. Stacy Klein



Stacy Klein attended the University of Utah and Arizona State University to study and pursue her love and appreciation of architectural design and landscape. Shortly after moving to Arizona with her husband and two children, her interest in the booming real estate market grew and she decided that she wanted to pursue a career working with buyers and sellers in this beautiful area. Her passion remained in the field of design and real estate and, so, her career in real estate began.

Stephanie Thomas



Stephanie loves travel, adventure and stepping outside of her comfort zone. Born and raised in New Jersey, she headed south to attend the University of Georgia and later spent a summer abroad in Innsbruck, Austria. Upon graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, she began her career in public relations and marketing in Irvine, California. Creating and managing a PR department within a sports technology start-up, she worked with more than a dozen NFL teams and learned the importance of client-service excellence. Stephanie later continued her career path in both Dallas and Los Angeles, alongside her lifelong hobbies of modeling and acting. Finding her way to Arizona, she resides in Desert Ridge and enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking and being outdoors.

As a native of Arizona, this is home! It’s my favorite place to be! I’ve grown up here, I’m raising my children here, and I found my love for relocation and real estate here! This passion grew immensely when traveling to Haiti with Chances for Children, an Arizona non-profit organization designed to help orphaned children and single mothers. This love for serving awarded her the opportunity to join C4C on their Night of Hope committee to help raise money for the children of Haiti. This position fueled her desire to expand and help others with their goals of owning a home, weather buying real estate for the first time, or ready to retire in their forever home. She loves spending time with her husband Jon, and their four children, exploring new places, traveling domestically and internationally, snow skiing, and hiking through the beautiful Arizona desert!

After spending many years in the entertainment business, as well as being a founding member of The Venice Beach Beer Company, Tim has since devoted himself, and his entrepreneurial spirit to his passion for real estate. Tyson Barnhart



Tyson Barnhart has been selling real estate since 2004. His clients include investors, first time homebuyers, seniors and everyone in-between. As a proud father, he also loves helping families find a new place to call home. A native of the Seattle area, Tyson took his strong customer service background to Las Vegas in the 1990’s to work with AAA’s Four & Five Diamond world class rated hotels. Having helped build and remodel several homes through the years, his knowledge of the construction and design process has proven extremely valuable to his clients.

Growing up in a ‘real estate and construction' family, she was inspired to pursue a real estate career and obtained her Arizona license in 1997. Her 20 years of experience have included a unique blend of serving buyers and sellers in residential resale and selling multiple new home communities for small and large developers.
